"ROACHES!!!.. Yes its easy to get an apartment out there but the roaches are out of control. Also the marijuana and cigarette smoke you will have to deal with on a daily basis is ridiculous. They constantly keep increasing the rent price over and over again you will get notices on your door every other day for some bull or another. Them things that work in the office now after Ms. Mary passed away are so rude and look down to tenants. The only people who continue to live out there are the ones with section 8 vouchers. Who wants to pay over $1000 for that mess of an apartment. Run far way unless you want roaches crawling on you every night."

"Great place, if you’re having troubles getting approved anywhere else. The Property Manager, Ms. Mary is the sweetest woman of all time and is the ONLY reason my family and I have stayed as long as we have. Unfortunately, the roaches can not be gotten rid of...no matter how much “clutter” (furniture) you trash or how many times a week you DEEP CLEAN your home, they just multiply! This issue has been brought to the Rental Office’s attention on several occasions throughout our 3 year stay with Colony Square Apartments; however, I don’t see them spending the money to have the entire property tented. If you don’t mind roaches all over your dishes, pet food, clothes and furniture, definitely a GREAT place:)"
