Wyndham at Hampton Apartments

"Filthy upon move in with broken doors to the bathroom and the washer and dryer. The bathroom to the unit has obviously been flooded badly as there are signs of water damage that there have been shoddy attempts to cover. Lifted and bubbled linoleum, bathroom vanity drawers falling apart. Upon move in there wad a dead roach in the bathtub, and I’ve seen a young one also since then. The rest of the apartment is fine, but it is beyond negligent to cover mold and destroyed trim with paint and call it a day. Two stars because the rest of the unit is not a health hazard."

"I have had a great experience here so far. I moved in during June of 2023. I had a couple maintenance issues at first, and the office was helpful with all of them. They were responsive, seemed to care about the problem, and helped me resolve them quickly. Maintenance does a great job. My apartment is the perfect size for me, and rent is a good price compared to other places in this part of Hampton. The community is quiet, well-maintained, beautiful, and has nice amenities. If my job keeps me in the area I will definitely renew, and I recommend Wyndham to anyone looking to live near PTC."

"I do not recommend Wyndham at Addison Apartments, lived here for 7+ years! For starters, rent increases are outrageous ($170.+ every yr! ), then repairs after repairs, AC not working (& very noisey btw), stove problems, old sliding doors off track again, leaks after leaks,, dirt & trash hanging around the property. To top it off new Mgt team don't communicate back & Xavier's 'out to lunch'. Oh & the water Bill! You'll pay a lot more for water regardless, since they "combine All Units usage", plus a 2.95 'convenience fee', love that I got an extra 10. charge as a 'move out fee'. It was nice moving in, so happy to have moved out!"
