"When I first moved in 8 months ago , it was fine , the neighbors in my hallway were so quiet and friendly . Well , they all ended up moving out ( yes you got it , in the first 8 months I moved in there all the neighbors that were in my hallway all moved out ) Now they don’t care who they let move in here. The complex offers no amenities other than a tiny pool ( go look at it, it’s incredibly small) not even a washer or dryer in the apartment, but they do provide a very disgusting laundry room that probably hasn’t been cleaned out in years . I pack all my clothes up and go to a laundry mat before I’d ever do my clothes in there . New neighbors enjoy smoking pot in the hallways and in front of the door so the hallways always stink , also always dirty . Not to mention they love blasting their music all hours of the day . I’m assuming the majority of people who live here pay subsidized rent because who the heck in their right mind would pay their hard earned money to these old , run down , apartments ? I only moved here because I was told it was nice and quiet but I guess that was when the old management was here . These people don’t care . Take your HARD EARNED money and move somewhere else ."

"My mother has been without heat since Thursday. Today is now Sunday. They have been providing her excuses besides offering her a space heater or a hotel if the problem can not be resolved. No resolution and no one called her. My mother has several health conditions which impact her immune system tremendously. This is a detriment to her health. I have spoken to a representative and they advised they will contact the emergency team yet again."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE!! The positive reviews you see are from when it was managed by Drucker and Faulk and was Hiddenwood North!! This place is under new ownership and new management!! I lived here for 8 years under Drucker and Faulk and had no issues until these people took over. I was NEVER late on my rent. They decided not to renew my lease to renovate my apartment. They don't care about the residents! Only making money and it's honestly not at all worth what they are charging! They put up new light fixtures, that's it! The office staff is incompetent, they went through 4 office managers in 4 months! All they do us smoke cigarettes. One lady brings her dog to the office all the time. Its NOT a service dog and its totally unprofessional! Only good thing about this place is the maintenance guy. He's the ONLY one they have for the entire complex and he does his job well. I feel bad for him and I hope he leaves and goes somewhere else, where he will be appreciated. You want to stay somewhere affordable and nice. It's NOT here!! You've been warned!"

"Welcome Home...these are the words I would use to describe how you are treated from the time you walk through the door in search of your place to call home! It is going on four years since I and my children walked through the door to our new beginning. Every encounter I have had with Staff since moving to Hidenwood has/is always meet with professionalism & care. The community is clean, quiet and residents are respectful towards one another. If you like and want to feel like a family member and not just a "tenant" give Hidenwood North Apartments a visit. Welcome Home!"

"All of the office staff have been so nice in helping my move in run very smoothly. The location of this place is stellar and it's a great price! The one bedroom apartments are a little small and the appliances are a little outdated, but I would recommend this place! My apartment was ready and very clean when I moved in and Temple went through my entire lease with me in the office. I think I'm really going to like it here!"
