"The team cleaned my gutters quickly but thoroughly. Knocked when the got here to tell me who they were and what they were doing, and before they left after finishing the job. They also blew the leaves off the porches and walkway. Very professional and pleasant to work with."

"I had my first service with Ned Stevens 2 days ago. 2 people came and the main person spoke very little English and was not able to communicate much to me. They spent very little time and left without telling me anything. When I noticed, they just did the blow dry over the gutter and didn't flush it, I called Customer service. First the customer service was surprised that the work was not done, then he said we had underquoted you and therefore we didn't do a full job as we have to charge you more and this was a free service. When I told him, I got a bill in the email, he said to ignore that and the service is free. What a waste of time- first time they came and they looked at my house and said they don't have a tall ladder and went back. This time they left without doing the job and not telling me anything and resending the bill after I call them. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Very frustrated working with them. Very unprofessional."

"I am very disappointed in my experience. First, they don't honor any of the work done by My Gutter who replaced my front gutter only a year ago. Second, when I told them after my gutter cleaning the corners leak, the representative told me No, I am wrong. I asked them to come out and inspect again, understanding I would pay for any repairs needed, and he told me they don't need to do that. I will take my money elsewhere because they clearly do not want it!"
