"The owner is very unprofessional. First she was over an hour late for my first appointment. This was a red flag but she seemed nice so I gave her a chance. On my second cleaning her workers damaged my freshly painted walls. She said she asked them about it and they denied it. I even sent her pictures. Despite that I kept using her services. Then she informed me the day before my scheduled cleaning that she had more work closer to her and my house was too far for her to come."
