"[update: Stanley Steemer fixed everything. They came back to redo the carpet, scrubbed down the chairs again, and repainted my living room wall. Thank you.] Although the cleaners who came were nice, professional and very informative (well earned tip), they unfortunately left my carpet in a worse condition, with light spots left from everywhere from whatever they sprayed. Additionally, the dinner room chair cushions don’t look like they have been cleaned at all. I was informed that water marks might not come out but there was very little difference in appearance after all was done. I will be calling the office today to see how they can rectify this. I will also add that the wall behind the couch which was treated sustained water damaged. I don’t understand why they did not move the couch or protect the wall before they began to work."

"We had such a great experience with Jorge and Amanda from Stanley Steemer! They were so considerate and they carefully explained all of our different options. Cleaning our tile floors and grout was not an easy job, especially since the previous owners of our home had never gotten the floors cleaned, but they made it happen! Highly recommend this team and will definitely have them back again! Attaching a photo to show the cleaned and uncleaned floor. They did an amazing job!"

"Wow. These guys were great. Very personable and clearly know what they are doing. My dog had some digestion issues that resulted in lots of spots in various shades of brown in the closet. I thought the carpet was ruined and the best to hope for the spots being lighter… but he knew exactly what was needed, and, to my surprise, the spots are COMPLETELY gone. COMPLETELY! I hope they can be the ones that come out next time. Fantastic. I wish I took a before picture!"

"Forgot to do my dryer vent, I forgot too because I was worried my cat got out bc the bedroom door wasn’t kept closed. 3 vent covers not fully reattached, chipped paint and debris left on the floor in front of several even though I was asked for my vacuum and they did clean up some of them. Door left wide open when they left. I checked where the holes were cut and the tape wasn’t fully sealed. I had to press it down to stop air coming out. I don’t think there’s enough overlap for it to hold firmly. After completing two requested feedback surveys I have gotten no response."
