"If you work from home or want decent internet, STAY AWAY. They use Telcom Systems which is rated 1 star on both Google and the Better Business Bureau website(see for yourself). No way do they care about their residents quality of living by associating with such a poor service. Expect constant outages and even when the internet "works" it goes in and out and runs very slow. The area is safe but the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors conversations. Make sure you get an apartment on the top floor or you'll regret it. Parking is also an issue, very little space. Maintenance responds in a decent time and fixes what ever issues you have. Management changes every few months but they are usually nice and professional. Make sure you see your exact unit before moving in, they will show you a clean well decorated unit to impress you. I had to use my hotspot to write this review as the internet is currently out. Good luck. Rating 2.5/5 UPDATE: The internet is out once again. I don't get to work from home anymore, it's now work from Starbucks or the library. Thank you Branchester Lakes for picking the worst internet service provider for your residents."

"I lived at Branchester Lakes from October 2022 to April 2023. Being in the military and moving around a lot. Branchester Lakes is the nicest place I stayed at compared to my other apartments. It’s a very quiet community with respectful neighbors. It’s very close to Fort Lee, especially the ALU building. The apartment itself was very spacious. Management has been beyond helpful at all times and always in a positive mood. Any concerns were swiftly addressed by Ms. Laron Woodson. Their maintenance tech, leasing agent and their service is unmatched! This team is so easy to work with. Overall, I will deeply miss being a resident at Branchester Lakes."
