"Jacob came and changed my filter. He’s the first person to actually do so since I moved in back in June of 2023. Filters are supposed to be changed monthly as it states in the lease but it seems a lot of maintenance work has been left undone until now. I’m so thankful he is willing and able to do the job he signed up for. Thank you Jacob!!"

"Okay so first and foremost I would like to apologize to those that are staff here at Jefferson Pointe apartment. The reason I'm apologizing is because I was not aware of the maintenance situation in the beginning when I first moved here. And I had went to the left on something on the main review for the apartments and the management above the management received it and they got checked for it. I would like to apologize to you all. And I pray that my apology would be accepted. So as far as my maintenance requests the team came in and fixed 99.9% of what needed to be done. They're supposed to come back and put some sealant under neath the kitchen counters. I don't know when that will be. But they came one day and they were very respectful and very kind and apparently they are all new here. They apologize to me for the previous maintenance team that had slacked on doing their jobs. I told him there was no need to apologize for somebody they didn't even know. I did proceed to tell him that now that he is the head over the maintenance he is now responsible for making sure things get done and I'm sure that he will make sure things get done. And I thanked him for apologizing but there was no need for him to apologize for the other maintenance team that was here before him. They were very professional they were very nice and they got like I said 99.9% of everything done. I'm grateful for that because in the beginning as I waited 30 days for them to come I was getting impatient but I had no clue what was going on in you know the maintenance side of the perspective you know how they didn't have the people and they were trying to come up with people and hiring people and. So there's always a reason behind why things aren't getting done and sometimes we have to be patient with one another and I suppose that's just one thing God may have been working on me. Thank you all so much for getting everything done and even though it took a minute thank you. I realize you all have so much on your plate and life is not all about me. What a revelation. Lol. In the moment when we go through things we think oh woe is me woe is me. It's a lesson learned for me we don't always know what's going on behind the scenes. Thank you Sharon thank you Dexter thank you Freddy thank you Jacob you all did a wonderful job on my apartment and I really appreciate you all. I'm definitely going to recommend Jefferson Pointe apartments to other people in the community. But just know sometimes it takes a moment for things to get done. Way to go people way to go. I forgot to add that both faucets were messed up and they replaced them both. Thankfully because the one in the bathroom was leaking where I was going through 2 gal of water in a 24-hour period and of course you know we pay for the water. I forgot to say they put caulking around the bathroom sink and along the base of the tub as well they replaced my screen, they fixed my outlets they fixed underneath the kitchen sink. They also secured the balcony outside. So that when me and my grandson go out there we feel safe. Once again thank you"

"Beautiful place to call home Jefferson Point. Security is good safe for all people and Clean apartments. Great improvement new manager and maintenance team. It’s a nice place to call home. Come and experience for yourself."
