"This is the absolute worst move in experience I've ever had ! Once Again The district manager Sedra helped me complete my application process! The district manager is absolutely Amazing! However the ones that work in the leasing office on an everyday basis have no customer service skills! I already paid my deposit in October and was supposed to move in my apartment November 15th ! Now the Regional manager Crystal is telling me I can't move in unless I pay The 1st month rent in Full! Whatever happen to the pro-rated rent of 798$ to move in!!!!! I want my deposit back !!! I still haven't moved in yet because I was lied too!!!!"

"I wish I could not put any stars at all but then gain. I should have rated this place at the time (2yrs ago). They were taking AND accepting applications. Yet there was NEVER anyone in the office when you called or stopped by to do an application in person. If you didn't catch these "employees" when this complex was first built or went above their heads. You were sh"t out of luck. HOPEFULLY things have changed and majorly. Unfortunately, this happens with A lot of low income housing in Hopewell. HUD NEEDS TO send someone into these offices undercover. Stealing from the tenants/residents is at an all time high. by charging for EVERYTHING or increasing the prices on things that should never be the prices they are. It is absolutely out of control at this point."

"WORST PLACE EVER!!! Staff is VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! If i could rate them 0 stars i would! 1 out of 10 i highly don’t recommend! RUNNNNNN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I have video recordings of how unprofessional and rude the leasing consultant Lori and property manager Kristy are! They need new management because obviously from the reviews everyone complains about the same issue and nothing has been done about it yet. So disappointing to live here! It’s a shame all i see is 1 star reviews and nothing has been done to correct the issue."
