"The leasing agent is cheap , the apartment has mold they do cheat repairs cheap spray paint to cover the walls. The bathrooms have mold I have been a tenant for almost two years and the amount of issues I have had is ridiculous. Ac was out for over a month they had portable acs. Now my toilets tub and sinks are messed up. They had cheap plumbing which caused worse problems NOW. now the laundry room is flooded with nasty sewage water and coming back in through my tub. The managers only care about the lazy leasing agent who doesn't clean the hallways or the laundry rooms. It's cats everywhere. They poop on your property because the leasing agent allows certain people to feed the cats outside the building with saying anything. MAKE THIS THE LAST PLACE YOU MOVE especially if you are African American with children. Find a different route !!! They move you for your money but properties upkeep is HORRIBLE !!!!"

"Anyone who gives this place more than one star, obviously needs some psychiatric help. The only positive things I can say, is that the size of my apartment is good for the price and I can smoke inside. I have been here 3 years & would have moved out after the first year, if I could have afforded it!! My daughter's car was towed, after accidentally parking in the wrong spot, by a company that makes all their money on that scam. Emergency Maintenance number is nothing more than an out of state answering service, that might get your problem worked on in 2 days, if you're lucky! My A/C has stopped working at least 4 times, heat 2 times. We frequently have no water, for no apparent reason, with no notification. Some tenants have no respect for others-throwing their unwanted mail on the floor, sitting in parking lot with load music that shakes these cardboard walls, letting their animals relieve themselves on their balconies, etc., etc. And like others have said...all the owners & management care about is getting their money! My apartment has had water damage twice, from upstairs tenants neglect, with repair taking time or totally forgotten. Bottom line...if you can afford a bit more, think again about moving here!...Can't wait to see the phony response from management on this one!"

"I have lived here for a little over a year and honestly its been a good experience for me and my kids. I love my 3 bd room apartment, yes its a little dated but overall my place nice. As far as maintenance its always been a quick response. Penny is great to work with. I have no complaints."

"I live here currently and i'm impressed for the price. pretty good community, people seem to be friendly and helpful. the upkeep needs some work as the exterior of the buildings and landscaping could be better, but not really anything major. the neighborhood around the complex is a little on the rough side but nothing too bad. just depends on what your looking for! my apartment is great, very happy with it. only problem I've had thus far is an issue with cold shower water, but again, I've dealt with far worse. I would recommend to a friend."
