"Have lived here for almost 8 years now. The grounds are well kept. rent is reasonable, apartments are great, office is responsive and courteous. Only reason I took a star away is cause we NEED ASSIGNED PARKING SPOTS!! (hint hint...)"

"Well I have been here 3+ years. I am a returning customer and overall I am pleased. I have some concerns about Fair Housing and the leasing staff that meeting the needs of elderly and disabled residents. When I address my concerns, it is handled promptly. As a person who retired as a property manager .. I am concerned about the screening of applicants beyond the “generic” screenings… which is relative to some of the negative complaints. Sharon is great at customer relations and is an outstanding member of the team.."
