"I have been here a month and I am also experiencing roaches. I cannot feel comfortable in my own home, I have poison laid out everywhere, I’m a very tidy and clean person. I clean DAILY and I even plug my drains when not in use. I notified the office because there were cracks and openings, and I also asked them to treat these pests. They only came to seal the cracks but not spray. They also added me to the pest control list, so this is an ongoing issue I’m assuming for multiple units. I have 3 kids in my house.I feel guilty having them live in a home with roaches. I even asked about roaches before I moved in. I came and checked out the unit and everything. I have grown to not trust these people. I don’t normally do reviews but please don’t move here. I wish I had the money to get out. But I just moved here from Minnesota. STAY AWAY."

"It was not renovated, and some of the stuff inside are broken you guys were supposed to change the cabinets to all those thing all those holes that I just told you guys where are you? Torres was going to be is not the way it is."

"Poor communication unless it's about money. Waiting 3 months for a light bulb. Made maintenance request about window 9 months ago still not fixed. Blinds finally were suppose to be replaced after 4 years of tenancy still waiting after 4 months for a response to when I can hang my curtains back up but yet they're consistently beautifying property and vacant apartments but no love for the apartments already occupied. Yes it's under new management but almost I would get an answer when I called and direct answer to concerns with updates now you have to take off to hunt if someone in office or try to find corporate email. Update: I have reached out no one answers I have to take off physically to come in to get any help. 6 Mos later I get a phone call when you all need something from me . I'm not responsible for you all lost keys, how am I suppose to make a key and give to you all that's your job. As for courtesy blinds ? When it's was maintenance who broke one and 3 yrs flimsy not due to wear and tear and get enough light that I have to put up black out curtains. And you all calling me not about my issues but your own while I'm working then only to have you tell me you all are working too how my bulb still not one working in kitchen. I've asked to speak to whoever is in charge numerous times and no response. 8/22/2023. My kitchen light is still out and have not received a response back except from a manager in parkside. very frustrating, replacement blinds still have not been replaced."
