"I brought clothing items needed for an upcoming trip to this establishment. When I opened the packaged clothes upon arrival at our hotel, my full length coat with hood, needed for inclement weather was missing its hood. When we returned, following our trip and some medical appointments, but less than 30 days from the original visit to the Cleaners, they denied ever having had the hood. (The buttoned hood I've NEVER removed from the cloak as it lay gracefully on my shoulders and back when not in use for inclement weather.) At first I'd not brought it to them in over a year, according to their tag on the coat. Then I was told it came in over a month ago. My arrival today was less than 4 weeks ago. The camera record did not display my visit with the coat and coat. Bottom line I was told they can do nothing about my loss. Totsl denial or interest in locating or replacing the coat or making remuneration. Highly recommend checking all your items are returned before lesving this establishment. Do not trust you'll get all back intact."
