The company sent a text confirming the appointment time and then a follow up text when they were in route. He explained what repairs were needed and was able to perform the repairs that day. Checked our older water heater and it could not be repaired, he found a new one, gave us an estimate and scheduled to return the next day, the new water heater was installed and the old heater removed and we had hot water in a short time.
