"I have been living here for 8 years and enjoyed the quiteness but the property has recently gone downhill within the last year or so. The grounds are not kept as they were in the past, especially around the garbage area. This is my first time in 8 years seeing roaches on the premises. There is an on-site laundry room but it's never cleaned and the machines are ALWAYS out of order. There used to be assigned tenant and visitor parking but they repaved the lot without identifying designated parking and now it's a free for all. Lastly, the communication isn't the greatest. They make major changes without notice to the tenants. For example, we were able to make our rent payment using an app but the property no longer uses the app's services and failed to let tenants know. I had to scramble to get a money order to make my payment on time."
