"Rooms need a good cleaning. Like the very dirty carpets and bed sheets needs lots of bleach. Never heard them run a vacuum cleaner all week. My carpet in the room was not vacuum. Also, put out dirt towels and all of the bed sheets for two beds and never got fresh clean one. Bring your own sheets, pillows, and towels. No coffee service at all. Bring your own coffee pot. And to end this I asked all week for a Microwave. Never got one."

"We drove in from New Orleans and after being in the car for over 18 hours our kids were happy to be out of the car. Our first clue should have been the roaches in the parking lot and then all of the signs in the lobby about ‘rent’ payments and cash only but we were just looking for a place to sleep for a few hours before hitting the road again…. After walking into the room, I noticed the door didn’t seem to latch all the way and then I saw white stains all over the carpet, the whole hotel had a strong smell of smoke, there was 1/2 a curtain that didn’t even cover the window and most of the lights didn’t work…. it was a very hard NO! I didn’t even walk into the bathroom, we all turned around and I checked out while the rest of the family headed to the car. I have stayed in 1,000’s of hotels in my life from mom and pops to major name brand and this one really took the cake on the nastiest places I have ever seen. For once I was really grateful that I had used a 3rd party booking site for this one and immediately got into a chat to start the process of getting a refund on the non refundable booking."

"I knew I was not getting anything fancy, but I at least expected the cleanliness to be kept up. The hallways smelled of smoke and the room was disgusting. The walls had stains everywhere on them. The floors felt like they haven’t been swept or mopped for a month. No soaps, towels had stains, tub was terribly stained. Would not recommend. The service was the best thing about the stay."

"Hard to rate. When I compared it to a hostel in Peru I was at that merely had a bed in a room and an outhouse, this place was nice. Here, I appreciated having a bed to sleep in, running water, and air conditioning. It was gross though. Floor in room and bathroom probably hadn't been swept for a month. Random trash on the floor. Shower curtain made me want to vomit. So grateful I had brought Lysol wipes to clean with. At night check-in, the lady was fantastic. The next morning lady was nice, too. She was helping me as a rude lady behind me was trying to bully her. Interesting time. It was nice to save a little money because I was staying at a $200 hotel the next evening for a wedding."
