"Current resident as of 2023, had to end my lease early due to the inconvenience of this company. just want future renters to be aware. Please don’t be fooled by pictures of the units. They are not to up to date, with the current conditions. Their appliances need to be replaced, especially their washer and dryer. One of residents washer and dryer had blown up in their unit. The price might seem reasonable but after 7months it goes up. So if you went some short term, and don’t care about bugs, wasps, safe and comfortable home. Go for it!"

"MILITARY STAY AWAY!! If I could give this place zero stars that still would be too many. They will days and do what they need to get you into a property and then forget about you quickly. Valeria Rodriguez was so helpful expediting the process of me moving into a property and then has proved I’d nothing since the day I literally moved my things in as far as help wise. Kelly Macatee who is apparently the “property manager” will not return any calls or text messages at all! I’ve been paying for internet that I have yet to receive through rental property and they don’t wanna help fix the issue. It’d be different if I was given wrong information or any information at all the but the sheer disregard for tenant issues at this property is unmatched to any rental property I’ve lived in. Also if you like smell of weed pouring in and out of your vents this place is for your"

"PROS: super affordable. Usually quiet. It's not on the main road. People are kinda nice. All utilities included. CONS: walls are thin you can hear people talking like they are in the next room. The smell of weed is so strong. It's either in the hallways or coming thru your vent. If you're on the bottom floor you hear people walking around."

"My inital review 10 months ago was good. Now that I have lived here for a few months I do not feel the same. The walls are super thin. You can hear your neighbor talking like they are right next to you. There are a few young people in the building and they leave trash in the parking lot and sometimes in the hallways. There is often the smell of weed in the hallways as well."
