"Don’t walk RUN!! Please do not give your money to these scam artist. They took my brother deposit and lied and said they would give it back and they did not give him an explanation whether they was going to approve or deny him. They also told him that they accept section 8, knowing that they did not. And until this day my brother still did not get his money back and I heard a lot of bad things about the staff and the environment not being safe."

"Would not recommend this place unless you like to live in jail. They will send you an eviction letter with the police at your door before you even get a late fee. Dog poop and pee everywhere!! Elevator gets stuck and FD has to get called to let you out after 2 hours!!! The Police department and Internal Affairs is also in the building, patrolling everything, writing tickets on your car almost everyday for frivolous stuff like I said, a jail. The skylounge is never open, gym is constantly dirty. The worst place i'vee ever stayed and I will continue to advocate that nobody move into this building!!!!"

"Was looking at these apartments online . While appear to be very nice appartments. They are located in a high crime area just with in the last couple of days 2 cars have been stolen right out of the parking area . And catalytic converters are being stolen same area . Paying that kind of rent and having to worry about whether your car is going to be there when you wake up is concerning. Just check police records its all there. The appartments seem very nice . What a shame."

"When I applied to this complex I was weary of the reviews and I should have listened. They are horrible with communication and I would love to warn others to stay away unless you want to be taken advantage of. I went and when I applied I was told the deposit is 100% refundable. When I was offered the apartment I called them right back to decline because of the cost. They wouldn’t return my phone calls after multiple attempts and once they called back SEVERAL days back they refused to return my deposit due to a time period. The time period was their fault for never returning my message! I can’t believe the unprofessional behavior. First to not return a phone call on a timely manner is unacceptable, then going back on their word and saying that the deposit is non refundable. The consultant I worked with was kind and good to work with until then but when I was upset because they would return my calls and deposit I was offered that they would talk to the manager. Once again never was called back."
