"Probably the worst experience I've had applying to an apartment. I started off by visiting the property as they have hours of operation listed on google but come to find out that there is no in house leasing office. The building looks pretty secure, which is the only positive thing I can say. I called the office number listed at the property and received no answer. I proceeded to a Vintage Consignment shop at the front of the building for which an individual stated that she leases through the same company, and the property manager is very hard to get in contact with. She forwarded my information to the property manager (Olivia Fowkes) stating that I was here to inquire about an apartment which I then later on received an email from her about the available units. It took her almost a day to even get back with me after each correspondence. She finally forwarded me the application which I payed for and submitted. She then proceeded to question what my current situation was, If I lived locally, and if I worked full-time. She stated that most of her tenants are Ft. lee people and some work locally. After a week of constantly calling and emailing, I still had no update on my application. After I explained in an email how inconsiderate and unprofessional this company was, she finally reached back out, she stated that I was not approved and did not give me a valid reason why. It makes no sense to process several applications at one time on one unit. That is a waste of peoples time to apply to an apartment that has already been applied for. I make more than 3x the rent, etc. I feel like this property management company has absolutely no consideration for peoples time and money. If you wanted JUST military personnel to lease within this building, that needs to be stated on the application so that people are not wasting there time. Between never answering the phone, and responding late to emails I cant see how anyone would be fine with living here. I called everyday since I had submitted my application a week ago, and not once did I receive a call back or answer. I even went as far as providing my contact information in emails so that she had a better way of corresponding with me. These new property management companies are so unprofessional, and this is by far my worst experience yet."
