"If I could give less than one star I would. This slum has rats, roaches, black mold, broken windows, and insanely thin walls and ceilings/floors for the second floor. They don’t fix your windows like they say they will. We moved in and a year later the maintenance team pointed out behind our cabinet in the kitchen was a 3 by 3 foot hole in the wall they forgot to board up which let rats and roaches in and I was eating my breakfast and looked to my left and saw a rat on my counter top. This place needs to be taken to court. Absolutely a SLUM."

"Update: 11/18 Everything has been repaired. The new office staff is great! Things are starting to look better for this community. Still need screens for the windows, and light on front porch. Update 9/4 still no one has addressed all of the issues. Mold still in the closet and water still leaking. I’m very unhappy living here! There is black mold in my air vents and closet. No screens on the windows. Air conditioner is not enough to cool the apartment, trash is always overflowing from the dumpster. No staff in the rental office. The light at the front entrance of my building has been out since I moved in February 2023. I have ask numerous time for all of these issues to be fixed. There is no communication of when maintenance will come or if they do say they are coming they do not show up that day. I’m ready to begin looking for another place to live."

"Huge rat problem I called because a rat died in a room where only the office has a key too it’s been a week now they didn’t do anything about it so now I’m in a house with a dead rat that stinks and now to make it worse worms are crawling everywhere. Keep in mind I just moved in and I nearly have any furniture at all."

"Well well we’ll crestwood at libbie finally got someone name Tee in the office and she seems to no what to do and from myself and others saying the same thing she seems like she is concerned and return calls and always in the office. She even walks the property. Haven’t seen this in 5 years. Please keep her"

"If I could give no stars I absolutely would. I’ve been calling since May trying to get documentation of my residency and have not received a call back. There is rarely anyone in the office outside of the maintenance staff. I work from home I’ve been there several times. I’ve lived here 3 years and only had one apartment inspection and that was this year. I’ve called their corporate office and still nothing. Yes this place is affordable but the office needs serious work. Bring Julian back at least he answered the phone and returned calls. Let that rent be late though they will cut your online access quicker than you can blink. Maintenance staff is friendly and helpful, they also call you back unlike the office."
