"I was looking for a furnished apartment while attending BOLC, and I am very happy I chose Courthouse View. This complex is always clean and quiet. Parking was always available and the lots were well lit. Joyce is a very accommodating manager, and any issues were solved immediately. Overall I loved my time here and will definitely stay here again if I am ever at Ft Lee. Update: I lived here again 4 years later for Captains Career Course. This apartment is just as fantastic as I remember it, and Joyce even remembered me when I called her to ask about availability. Still probably the best apartment unit in Petersburg."

"I loved my little one bedroom apartment!!! I signed a 1 year lease, and then renewed for a second year. I would still be there if not for moving out of the area for work. Disregard the negative comments you see about Joyce. She is a great apartment manager and will take good care of you. Notice how the negative comments are from people who did not even live there. There is a great mix of professional tenants in the building due to a thorough screening process. I hope you will come to enjoy all the great restaurants within walking distance as much as I have."

"I called and spoke to the apartment manager Joyce, to inquire about about a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit. She was extremely rude and condescending the entire conversation I had with her over the phone. It was like pulling teeth to get her to answer any of my questions. She acted like it was an inconvenience for me to be talking to her. The apartments are beautiful, but I would never move in there because of the way I was treated by Joyce."

"Convenient location- 7 min drive to fort lee. 28 min drive to Richmond. The freeway and rails are close. There are several restaurants, bars with live music, a cafe, and shops within walking distance, a block or so. Safe and clean- cleaning crew gets the lobby halls and elevator every Sunday. The building is very clean. The front and back lobby doors are locked, people can't just walk in. The parking lot is easy to access and well lit. Beautiful and historic surroundings- The town is historic, with old cobblstone roads and wrought iron lamp posts. The apartments themselves are wonderfully furnished. My studio came with a marble shower, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Everything is working perfectly and in good condition. Affordable-the prices are half of what my colleagues are paying. Great for a military budget."
