"Cheap, poorly built building. Management is useless."

"I have not had access to the CAT 5 port in my room so that I can work remotely since I moved in back in August. The ceiling in my bathroom is breeding mold because the flashing on the roof was not secure and rainwater leaked in during a storm. I have contacted the property owner and they have not responded. Management and maintenance do not respond to inquiries and questions. Management and employees do not follow up or keep you abreast of any type of solution to your request. This building, their staff and the property owners aren't even deserving of the one star. 10/10 would not recommend. Edit: Two months later and I finally get an answer. The building isn’t even wired for ethernet. Two months of the runaround and lies about the problem being worked on. If they were actually working on the matter when I first inquired, they would’ve been able to tell me two months ago, that this was the case. The end of my lease can’t come quick enough."

"My daughter just move in and the kitchen sink is clogged up .For the pass several days we been calling management and with no response. This is unfair to the students that live there."

"I shared a concern with the management and they immediately came to address it the next morning. This is one of the newer properties, which means new concerns will pop up every now and then. However the management is swift in addressing them. Also, the people who live here are so cool!"
