"Glenn Arms is a wonderful apartment complex, the apartment units are new, and if anything needs fixing, the maintenance is very quick in helping out. The building manager Ms. Fields is extraordinary, she always helps me if I’m struggling with anything - even helping me understand my lease contract, she’s stayed with me and made sure I understood what I was signing! She’s stayed over time to help me out before and she checks up on me making sure my unit is good. She’s a true professional, always warning us tenants ahead of time timid there’s going to be loud or inconvenient maintenance work done. If anything Glenn Arms is an exceptional place to live in because of the people who work there. Plus being a 5 min walk from 18th street’s bars and restaurants isn’t bad either."
