Highbridge

"This is a hidden gem of a building. The neighborhood has supreme historic charm and character, but Highbridge did a great renovation of every single apartment and amenity. Other buildings advertise and showcase their "fresher" units that have been recently renovated, but when you book a tour and find an extremely dated unit it leaves a sense of false advertising. Every unit in Highbridge has new and good quality finishings. Everything is clean, and chosen for ease of use and durability from the floors and walls to the appliances."

"The management staff is very inefficient and unresponsive. They never fix the issues raise by the residents. We have had more than 10 months with one of the outside building doors not working and they have done nothing about it. The building is unsafe because of this. The coffee machine often runs out of coffee and they are slow to replace things. Also our AC has not working for more than two weeks and the situation has not change so far. Something has to be done about this whole situation. Residents are thinking about leaving Highbridge because of this. The one thing that works well is the great job done by Maria and Victor who keep our building clean."

"I moved into Highbridge more than two years ago, and this place has always felt like HOME. I lived the most fantastic experience, never feeling short of love, kindness, and FUN. This place will have a special place in my heart. I love the exciting life in Georgetown, and living here made all the difference. The people I met have become friends. The staff, Deborah, Oliver, Adrian, and many who were there before are AMAZING & PROFESSIONAL. Love Them. I will miss EVERYTHING about this place. Thank you for a great experience!!"

"Great Building, great location. All of the staff is extreamly helpful and nice. The units are beautiful and supper clean and well equipped. Frankly the whole building is great. Also the location is perfect. It is right next to a bike trail that leads to the National Mall and also right into Georgetown, but also just far enough removed that the nights are peaceful. Before moving in I toured 16 other apartment buildings and it was not close, this was the best one. And, after living here about a month I believe that even more."

"I am so happy I chose to lease an apartment at Highbridge. It’s been a great experience on many levels. I just relocated from Boston and the staff of Highbridge and Steelhead Management have been helpful and welcoming at every step of the way. The location is fantastic – I can get to Dupont Circle or the shops on M Street on foot in minutes but still feel like I’m a bit off the beaten path. The amenities in the building are very impressive. The gym, business center, lounge, and lobby are beautifully designed. The apartment itself is perfect – floors, kitchen appliances, bathroom are all very tasteful and contemporary. They even seem to have thought about feng shui in the mailroom. The place is truly gorgeous. The staff have been incredibly friendly, responsive, and available whenever I have needed them. Frankly I don’t think I could have found a better place to live in DC!"
