"Feels like a little resort here - especially in the summer months! Love the atmosphere and living conditions here compared to other complexes that I've lived in. Very tidy and you can always notice maintenance staff working on keeping it that way! Everyone in the community is very friendly and I love that they occasionally do Wine/Game nights in the club house which encourages you to meet the neighbors ! Cant wait until it warms up to use the pool again!! Love it here !!!"

"I must say…One of the maintenance staff Jose is amazing. He was extremely helpful, polite and knew what he was doing. I never had any issues with maintenance since living here. One thing i can say is that if you need something fixed, report it on the portal and maintenance WILL come the day off or the next day. Thanks again Jose :)!!"

"I was one of the first residents to move in the complex and has been the only apartment I have felt comfortable living in. Which is why I’ve lived here for over 3 years and have been happy. However, over the summer of 2023 someone has been vandalizing our vehicles here and the office has taken no action to help prevent the crimes. My car was one of the vehicles vandalized over the summer and saw that another attempt was made this morning. It makes me really sad because this was my home, but now I feel like I am being pushed away in order to protect myself from crime. It really is a shame. I hope the office will take action at some point and install cameras to protect current and future residents. That is why I am rating 3 stars instead of 5. Other than the crime I have no other complaints. This was my home and very sad to leave, but I have to protect myself. *first picture was todays attempt, but the other 3 occurred over the summer"

"I was usually wait 30 days to make a review but I must give credit to where credit is due! Boulders Lakeside is such a quiet, beautiful, & well laid out living community. It offers a sense of privacy & reflection which is what we all want in a home! The green trees keep a beautiful breeze flowing & my fiancé & I are so pleased thus far! We’ve added our personal touches & in just 6 days we feel completely at home. Thanks to the staff for being attentive and the community members for welcoming us! I have fantastic neighbors and I’m just SO HAPPY! 100000% better than where we were at in the city! This area is located to everything (most importantly quality food) ❤️"
