"This place is the worst my daughter was visiting and the kids broke into her car and used in a highway robbery. If you get apartment close to the back know that your car will be broken into and the office will not do anything about it nor is it cameras to catch them but at the office. This place is infested with roaches! The property owners add hundreds/ Thousands of dollars to your ledger. They doing some shady things here. It's 6 other people I know that paid their rent on time and they added extra money. This place should be reported immediately!!!!! Do not move here you will regret it!!!"

"Brandon came to fix my front door lock. He expressed high urgency and he was very understanding as to why it bothered me, gave me anxiety and was a urgent request. I would recommend Brandon to anyone needing assistance and as him as maintenance, I would recommend any one to move to this complex. Give him a RAISE!!!!!"

"These new reviews clearly are fake or from people who do not live here. This place is ghetto. Papa Johns no longer delivers here because teenage boys robbed the guy for pizza. I do not order delivery after dark because I do not want anything to happen to those ppl. Kids destroy the area. They run this place because the parents or mothers leave them home for long periods of time. I was coming home yesterday and a little boy was taking a huge rock throwing it at a street sign for no reason. Parents nowhere in sight. The walls are paper thin and they have a nerve to take the carpet out. That was the only thing soundproofing the units. If you live below someone look to never get any peace of mind. If I could upload video proof I would. You complain to everyone about it nothing happens. Call police, nothing happens. Sometimes they do not even show up. These parents leave their kids alone and most of them are disruptive or running around stomping because of so much energy. You could have decent neighbors over you today, they move,and extremely noisy ones tomorrow. So invest in ear plugs, headphones, and a loud soundbar. I've never had so many plumbing issues in my life. And sometimes you can smell sewage through the vents. Matter of fact you can smell everything through the vents. I do not smoke anything but I can smell weed on a daily basis. Says no smoking at all in the lease. These ppl get blazed on a regular basis. There's so much that is wrong with this place. Crime, noise, trash, constant repairs, drug addicts, roaches, etc. And the reason most of these units are infested because of the plumbing issues and management not putting in for pest control in a timely manner. You will have to report roaches like 15 times before pest control finally comes out. Rent goes up every year no upgrades. At the end of the day you should not be paying rent to be tortured like this. Just please don't come here if you value your sanity."

"When I first moved here the community was great. I love my apartment that I stay in, that’s the best thing about being here. After 8-9 months living here it had gotten worse. The rental office only cares about there self and safety and not the safety of the tenants. How do u have security for the office when you guys leave to go home but not security for your tenants when the office is close and that's when the Shenaniganz start. Make it make sense for me… You want to raise the rent in a area that the crime is getting out of control but not doing anything to help make it safe. Also if u decided to move here get u a ring camera and a P.O. Box because the mail peoples steal your stuff. Also it’s kids that don’t live in my building that trashed it. Spit on the ground in the breezeway. Braking into people cars and steal them. They break into vacant apartments. They sit in the breezeway you can’t get to your apartment. When you report them nothing happens."
