The Crestmont

"I was living here between 2012-2014. It picks up a lot of memories today when I actually find this place on google map even I can't quite remember the address. A lot of memories linked to this place since this is my first stop to the US. Was a military person and transfer back to the graduate school at GU at that time. Nothing beats the affordable price and convenient location. Met a lot of good people at this building and some of them I still keep in touch with even after 10 years. Time flies by so fast. I will definitely pay a visit to this place once I get a chance to go back to DC. It means a lot more than just a place of living."

"I think I will miss the 1.5 years living in this apartment. It has convenient location and great price. The gate is locked by keys and the public area like corridors are always clean. And the manager Ms Loma is really nice and warm to provide professional support about different issues. She is very positive and patient to answer any questions, trying her best to deal with the emergencies and giving care to international students. It is very lucky for me to spend my study life here with her help all the time."

"I’ve had the pleasure of living in The Crestmont for the last 3.5 years and I can’t say enough positive things about the building and Ms. Loma the property manager. Yes, The Crestmont is an older building in a Rosslyn neighborhood that is evolving quickly with modern high-rises. It does not come with all the most modern amenities and luxuries of a new complex. Where it is unbeatable though is in its incredibly affordable rent (well, well below market average), its short walk to the Rosslyn and Courthouse metro stops, and top notch building management. My three bedroom unit comes in just shy of 1,000 sq. ft. and we’ve had plenty of latitude to decorate and really make the unit feel like home. With its age, the unit does have its maintenance needs but Ms. Loma and her team are quick to respond and fix anything either through the online maintenance portal or in person conversation. Other pros include: - A secure keyed entry - Private, keyed mailboxes - Outdoor unit parking included - New appliances - Very affordable utilities - 0.3mi / 8 minute walk to Rosslyn Metro and Blue/Silver/Orange lines Have had a great experience at The Crestmont and would recommend it to anyone looking for well positioned, very affordable housing in the Rosslyn neighborhood."
