"Got locked out of my unit. Never had an issue with other apartment complexes’ lockout procedure on off hours, but they don’t answer their phones off hours. Luckily I was able to get into the laundry room or else I would be outside with nowhere to go."

"I have been leaving there for 7 years, I sent repair request for some old stuff, Oder, blind, walls, some others, said ordered ! never sent anything for this all years I never late my rental payment. last year 2023 the assistance Property Manager, worst service, no professional manner, she called me by the time I am tired come from work sleeping also she make me sign the lease two times. You have to leave! Some body applied to move in …Loudly ! In front of my wife I neve had such disrespectful experiences In my entire rental history. Finally moved on November 30, December first I was waiting until they open inspect the room, give the key back, She called me bring the key and parking sticker not politely, she supposed to walk or send someone to inspect the property. No security, no visitors parking, come overnight from work, I found cars no stickers parked for weeks, She calls me just to bring the key I have security deposit she said we will send you back , finally they send me additional payments, additional to my deposit I avoided her conservation to back argument, that I don’t have time to Skip stress. If you don’t speak for your right they take you as something else. Really embarrassing! Sad !"

"I’ve lived at Falkland Chase since 2020 and I love being here. All rental situations have their pros and cons but FC is reliable and safe. Prime location, great housing options, and the best maintenance team ever. Huge thanks go to Myo, Shine, and the rest of the maintenance squad for always responding rapidly to all maintenance requests! Shoutout to Julio in leasing for a smooth transfer from one unit to another. The cleaning team is also always on top of it - keeping our hallways, trash areas, and walking zones clear and clean. All of these people work hard to make sure we get to live in a lovely place."

"This place is Awesome! Falkland chase is a great place to live the leasing office and maintenance staff are always very helpful! Jazmin, Juliana, Rocio and Mrs. Dorothy are always very nice and accommodating! My go to person is Julio though, he always helps me with all of my needs as I am not very tech savvy. I have been a resident here for 4 years and I love it! It’s conveniently located next to Giant and the Silver Spring Metro Station! If you’re looking for a place to live this is a great option! You won’t regret it!"

"Falkland Chase is beautifully landscaped grounds. A perfect garden oasis, where you can get some peace, quiet, greenery, but still live right by Downtown Silver Spring. It is such a beauty! I have loved my time on this community. The maintenance and leasing office team are truly all so kind and very quick at responding! 10/10 recommend."
