"I have been calling the main office every time I have an emergency the reason why I called them that’s because I’m dealing with mice in my apartment this would be my second time dealing with mice and the neighbor kids upstairs keep banging jumping doing whatever who knows when I move to silver spring I thought this was gonna be a nice until I keep hearing the kids upstairs now it’s 2024 i can’t believe I’m dealing with mice seeing them in my room they never pop up into my room no issues or nothing I’m just seeing them now"

"We just drove 45 mins to see this property on 10/21/23 just for nobody to be in the office we waited around for 20mins and call numerous times and got no answer. Online and on the door it states that the leasing office opens at 10:00 am but the doors were locked and it was dark inside, We were excited to see and was hoping to apply today but this just left a bad taste."
"Maintenance comes three or more weeks after you call them. The paint in my bathroom is peeling. There are paint drippins all over my floors. The original painting before I moved in it's horrible. And tenants keep leaving trash in the stairway."
"This is a nice community filled with diversity. A lovely place to go on evening walks with the family. I've been here a year and I have no bugs and the maintenance service is prompt.They have a few car thefts and they have mice. If you can deal with that then you hit a winner."
