"Thank you to Ms. Tumi for helping my boyfriend and I on Saturday. As we drove by the area we noticed how warmly Yorkshire looked. I immediately called since I was unsure if they had available tours that day. Ms. Tumi picked up my call and sounded extremely excited to share information about Yorkshire. She was able to answer all my questions and advised me to come in as soon possible since the apartments sold fast and without hesitation my partner and I stopped by. We absolutely loved the 2 bedroom 4th floor apartment with the high ceilings and fireplace. Also, they offer Jetty as a security deposit alternative and Flex as a flexible option to pay rent which none of the apartments we toured offered. We still have to tour a couple of other apartments but so far I am happy to say Yorkshire is on our top 3 list. Please ask for Ms. Tumi if you want a smooth tour and peaceful rental process."

"Having lived here for 10 years I will say that Yorkshire is a good community to reside. Tumi, Chakyya and Andrea in the leasing office are all helpful and resourceful. They are so welcoming and very friendly, and always offer refreshments at every visit. Johnson the maintenance service director is super friendly as well and does his best to complete maintenance requests. If you are looking for a new apartment home, Yorkshire is the place!"
"My first 20+ years were awesome! Don’t know how the disconnect happened. Realizing that the community was changing (people moving out and in) an air of uneasiness appeared. My most frustrating moments came when trying to contact the rental office and the mailbox was always full. Therefore, you could never leave a message. Or, when you made contact, and was told someone would call you back, NO RESPONSE(S). Even though saying “We Care”, Action(s) speak louder than words. I would find it very hard to recommend living here. However, I would never tell anyone not to.. ."
