"All the amenities you could want. The pool is not heated. But the Society or the cosmopolitan people are perfect. There is no golf. There is no Tennis."
"Am 65 years old and 35 years of management and this staff is the best team I have ever seen they all ways treat me like family God was good when he landed me here thank you Karla and your team ."
"Update to the Updated Update: I have had my home illegally entered multiple times in the middle of the night and the ridiculous manager of this building does not take it seriously. After pushing why the building doesn't just look at the cameras on the floor to see who entered my home, the manager finally admitted that the cameras on the floor do not point to the hallway my unit is on and is only in the direction of the building's amenities. Do not move here, you will not be safe. There are homeless people that wander the halls and the manager will try to blame you for your home being broken into. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Update to the Update: Don't live here. I live in a PH and my AC keeps breaking. With the floor to ceiling windows, this means my place gets very hot very quickly. Move somewhere else. The "work" done on this building is no bueno. Update: My unit is now finished and I've been able to move in. The new Leasing office employees, concierge and building employees are top notch. Changing my review to reflect this. Old Review: The building isn’t finished yet. I signed a lease for the Penthouse suite to move in on October 8th and received a call on October 4th - after I’ve paid for the month, deposits, and fees- that the suite I paid for would not be finished until the end of the month at best. In the meantime, I’m to stay in a different unit and have to sign a new lease whenever the unit is finished. Not only is this a complete violation of my original agreement, it puts me in a lose-lose situation as I am moving to DC from out of state and have no other option because I already paid them. I’m posting this to keep them honest. I will update this when they’ve rectified this, but until then, if you are considering moving here, only move into a unit that has already been completed."
"The charcuterie and wine event was awesome. We would love to see a comedy show with it. Hosts were Amazing and fun. Please come back"
"Before I explain my rating, I have to say that I really like my apartment here. If I were rating my apartment as a separate entity, I would give it 4 stars and the kindness of the concierge staff = 5 stars. While leasing staff would also get 5 stars for their responsiveness, management would get 1 star for not responding to emails for clarification and concerns. Should you move here, be ready to pay a hefty fee for Common Area electricity and gas. Although construction continues to run up a large electric cost around the building and not all common spaces are accessible for use yet, count on adding $100 or more per month to your expenses based on your apartment square footage. In my own 2 bedroom, my average monthly bill is $35. This month my Conservice bill for sewer was 4x the cost of last month (although I was out of town for many days) because they used an estimated cost due to a failure of the meter at the complex somewhere. Other issues include getting constantly stuck in the elevator and not able to use one or none at any given moment. There are a few other key problems but paying high rent and not getting management response after almost a month and 2 emails is just poor customer service. Besides these issues, I am looking forward to meeting my new neighbors and creating a community. The Rigby could do a lot better at creating community events to bring residents together and positive management interactions."
