"The move in was nice and easy. Emily and others at the management office downstairs were all really helpful, and maintenance has also been really nice and attentive with the couple issues I’ve had. I moved in back at the start of the semester and have been super busy with school*, so I haven’t been able to participate in the building activities as much as I would like, but I look forward to the summer. *The Burton’s location right across the street from the subway entrance has been a huge help!"

"I’ve been living at the Burton for roughly a year. The building is beautiful, the property is well maintained, the location is convenient, and the amenities are top of the line. Yes, the convenient location places the property close to the train—which leads to noise. However, that issue can be mitigated if you select an apartment facing New York Avenue. Living on a higher floor also helps. In addition, the recent staff changes have SIGNIFICANTLY augmented the joy of living at the Burton. Special thanks to Emily (who has a gift for dealing with any personality—and, if I had a vote, would be the general manager of this place). "I have lived in NoMA for several years and toured numerous apartments. The Burton set itself apart with its personable and friendly staff (shout out to Brittany!) and leasing agents. They listened to my needs and were pretty transparent about the building which is rare. The units are beautiful with great space utilization. Can't beat the location if your lazy like me and want a short walk to the metro and retail. Also, because it is a new building they have some awesome specials. I do wish they offered overnight guest parking in the ramp when friends come to stay. Looking forward to calling this place home!"
