You have to register for each amenity individually, which is ridiculous. Once you become a resident you should automatically be registered and have access to the gym and pool. You need a fob, id card, card to open the gate, card for the gym, and two keys to open your door. The windows need to be replaced, they are not air tight, and so much humidity comes into the apartment during the summer. The first floor entrance always stinks like garbage, which is unpleasant for residents. The gym has some outdated equipment, musty, and the steam room and sauna seem to only sorta work. The hallways always smell like some is cooking, the doors are not air tight. The parking is an absolute nightmare and an assigned parking space cost $150 a month. No guest parking, no short term parking, they are selective with who’s car gets booted, and who’s car does not. My car was booted by one of the parking representatives, while at least 6 other cars that were also parked incorrectly were not booted. They make you pay them $50 cash, I am certain the parking representative profits from that directly because I originally did not get a receipt. I had to ask him for a receipt. To top it off it seems like the home owner association hates its residents that live there, they just keeping making living at this apartment complex more difficult. Do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere."

"Step away from here especially the room 603. 1. The building is old and always has water shutdown. 2. The landlords here are rude and don’t want to repair things. Like my landlord asked me to repair blinds when one of it was drew by the wind. 3. The front desk is very unprofessional. They don’t confirm the identity of the visitors, but directly gave the keys to unknown visitors. That’s scary. Please please please, for your own good. Step away from here"

"Hostile and falling apart. New management ruined the place. Removed garbage bins then threatened residents. Bugs moved in. Fire alarms all the time. Rude staff. Sometimes impossible to get mail and they even refused to hand it over when it was on the desk in front of me. Then they sent it back with someone who was never documented and my packages were never seen again by me or the shippers. Had to start an inspector general investigation and move out since my veterans affairs and military health supplies and documents were being lost and withheld by management along with my work supplies and other packages. Was in agreement with owner to make upgrades and renovations at my cost after living there a while and deciding to stay long term. Took a loss on the supplies and the owner was given a hard time from management as well. We had to negotiate my departure after the management companies hostilities felt more like that of a crime ring and interfered with my health, education and career. Truly awful and possibly criminal."

"I lived on the seventh floor of this building for two years from 2019-2021 and my unit was clean and very affordable. I never once had a problem with insects or rodents and my landlord/owner Stephanie was easy to work with and attentive. There is relatively frequent maintenance and the heating/cooling is seasonal, meaning the whole building is either heated or cooled. However, I felt the value greatly outweighed these considerations. I would also note that building staff was always kind and helpful. If you're moving in don't forget to reserve an elevator and bring some blank checks as the building management only accepts check or money order"

"Great place to live..very near to DC and 4 minutes walk to metro. The building is old, so loads of maintenance issues. Apartments are owned by owners. I had great experience with my owner Vinod, who is great and kind. An awesome place to live if you are looking to live on a budget and willing to sacrifice on modern looks of a building. Removing one star, my apartment also got mice infestation. My land lord was great and supported me right away however, two of my other friends who also lived in this building, had mice issues as well. If that doesn’t concern you much, it is a great value for money"
