Dominion Towers Apartments

"This place is a nightmare of rats, roaches, BED BUGS and horrible management. I’ve been waiting for a replacement FOB to get around and INSIDE the building for 6months. This building was the worst disaster that I’ve ever lived in, in 25 years of renting apartments. I rather go back to section 8 housing in southeast DC. At least there the property management team cared and didn’t act better than the tenants. The current manager, Ruby, is RUDE and VERY unhelpful. Never in the office and never willing to help, talk, or answer questions about anything property related."

"Wyatt was the one who responded to my response to an add they had listed on Facebook. He was very welcoming from the beginning. What a beautiful smile. We scheduled my tour, when I came in, he was hands down very professional. I have to say Wyatt already made me like him when I see all his flashy desk gear. He likes Pink like me. I love coming into an office and seeing folks personality come out. He let me tour two apartments and showed me all the amenities. I picked the 1st floor apartment. Seen one issue and he was on top of it. I came across some issues outside of the apartment complex’s control but he helped me get that taken care of AsAP. Can’t wait to move in. I don’t do surveys much, but when I do it, it’s because I was taken care of and seen how he interacted with others as well."

"The worst place to live, they are scammers! I gave them $700 security deposit and when I moved out. They are making different tactics to not return my security despite. The manager Ruby who is super rude person said they are changing carpet with my money. The carpet was cut by maintenance guy because the water was coming out from the AC and he cut the carpet. Now I’m calling them again and again but they are not responding. Sometimes they are telling me to talk corporates office sometimes making other excuses. They literally robing people. It’s the second time they did this to me. Other than that there are rats and super dirty place. If you want to look at it go to the door next to grocery store. I won’t recommend this place to anyone."

"Upon arrival Wyatt greeted me with a smile and was very friendly! I was shown all of the amenities and all of my questions was answered and this staff is very knowledgeable of their jobs and what the area has to offer its tenants. If you are looking for a place to rent this is your place if you want a friendly, nice and professional management team who value their residents and treat them with respect. Oh I forgot parking is free for the residents."

"I just recently toured this place and was greeted immediately by the gentlemen in the front office, Wyatt! He greeted me with a kind smile and terrific energy. He made sure to ask me about the exact style of apartment I was interested in and gave me a few options to check out that fit my desires. I was pleasantly surprised by what I saw on my tour. The apartments gave me a feeling of "being comfy" as I walked in and looked around. Very spacious and cozy if I may add. I ended up back in the leasing office at the end of my tour and was also able to meet the manager who I believe her name was Ruby. Even she was just as nice as Wyatt who helped me when I arrived. She answered a few questions I had after seeing everything and she told me how helpful her leasing agent,Wyatt would be in assisting me with applying if I decided to move forward with living there. Just the awesome energy I received by Wyatt and Ruby in the leasing office puts this place above the others I've toured! Highly recommend!!!!!!!!"
