Westmont Apartments

"Last rate 3.5.. Update 12/19: I officially moved in. The garbage disposal wasn't fixed, but Jamila helped me figure it out. Building is super nice, Apartments are new and have good space. Area is super convenient. 2.5 trending 3. Update 12/6: The property manager reached out to understand the background of the situation. I received a couple of emails with the links of the accounts I need to create. Also, the maintenance contact Luis reached to apologize for the experience I had, and he will take care of the couple of things to fix/update during the inspection I did of the unit. There are new members, according to the property manager, and even when I understand that there's a ramp-up process; they were not trained. Hopefully, this will be fixed for future residents. For now, I'll wait to provide another update until I fully move to the unit. At least for now, I can say that the property manager and maintenance teams seem to care to find a solution. Situation 12/3 & 12/4. 1.5 star only because the building is beautiful. The building itself is beautiful, and the apartment is new. The leasing and move in process has been the worst I have ever experienced: 1. No keys or welcoming letter/instructions received. 2. I was supposed to move on 11/28, and I explicitly said that I'd pick up the keys on 12/3. Well, they were not ready. The lease guy on Sundays didn't even know anything, not even where to look for the information. 3. I came again on 12/4 to pick up the keys and ask what I needed to set up, complete, etc, and the leasing guy from today couldn't even explain the stuff. Lack of knowledge from the leasing office in topics such as: 1. Concierge schedule 2. Parking app/account to set up 3. Utilities accounts 4. Couldn't explain the different apps the property uses. I'm super frustrated, regretting signing up here, and I hadn't even fully moved my stuff yet."

"I am excited to move to Westmont Apartments. Thus far I have had a successful journey with my moving process. Kayla the Property Manager is very sweet and welcoming. I have met a few people in the building as well that have been very inviting. The apartment feels like home and I am looking forward to spending time at Westmont and truly making it my home. Lastly, shout out to Chinedu Ogueri for helping me with the moving process! He has been great, thank you to all of his help and kindness."

He showed me multiple units and helped me choose the one that would ultimately work for me and my lifestyle. The maintenance staff is exceptional and takes care of your concerns quickly and efficiently. The GM Kayla has a positive can-do attitude and takes all of the residents concerns very seriously. I can’t wait for the upcoming resident events she is planning! The entire staff at Westmont go above and beyond and trust me you will not regret leasing here. The amenity spaces are beautifully decorated and are perfect for entertaining. The apartment unit finishes are elegant, clean, and neutral which makes it the perfect canvas to decorate anyway you like. I have already started making my apartment at Westmont feel like HOME!"
