David and the leasing team here are fantastic. I was going to be in another area so wasn't able to move in but these apartments are a beautiful place to build a life! :)"

"The Pearl is a great place to live. Staff members go out of their way to be be accommodating and helpful. David (property manager) started last summer and came in during a time of many transitions. Though learning the ropes himself and often with much on his plate, I’ve watched him become comfortable and confident in his role. I have found him to be pleasant and very helpful in my interactions with him; he’s always willing and eager to figure out a solution. I also can’t say enough good things about Aisha and Jade: both so friendly and funny, and they never hesitate to do what they can for you. Kudos to all the staff, including the wonderful property and maintenance crew!"

"We will miss the beautiful location! My family and I enjoyed living here for 12 months. We loved going on walks along the marina. The staff was always so friendly! I have lived in a few different apartments and I was extra impressed with their maintenance staff. Lloyd was kind and quick to address my questions. He leads a great team! I also wanted to give a shout out to David, the manager, who helped make the move out process seamless."

"I moved here late August. There was still a lot of construction, however I love living here - aside from having a wonderful third floor 2 BR apt, boasting 1353 sqft, my balcony faces the Marina. The apartment is super spacious, and allows for tons of storage with the deep high hallway closets. Each bedroom has two closets, and a attached bathroom. The community is diverse in demographics for families, seniors, empty nesters, and Military and Veteran friendly. Let's not forget it's also very pet friendly. I absolutely love the coastal decor and colors throughout the entire complex. The Pearl Staff is super nice. Jenny Humphries is the bomb! She is a savvy young business woman on top of her game, with a excellent work ethic to match. The leasing office is command headquarters for "Girl Power!" with Kathleen, Peyton, and Kay all there and ready to eagarly ensure your experience is a quality one. They also have a top-notched maintenance staff headed by Lloyd with his fantastic teammates Steve and Myra. The surrounding areas are full of establishments. Within a 2 mile radius there are 3 schools (primary, middle, highschool). There are 2 major grocery stores within a 3 mile radius in two directions. The beach is just across Shore Drive about a mile away. There are tons of great restarants, and bar and grills with live musice music, all within walking distance. You just can't beat living here."
