And not expensive, I would recommend this complex to anyone who wants to reside or that will be working in TN. The manager has a beautiful personality and spirit! U won't b disappointed! The assistant manager has good customer service also! I delt with the Manager Mrs S ! I 4got her name! So don't come 4 me! Thank you boo!!"

"DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PREDATORS. I repeat STAY AWAY- 10+ years of renting I’ve never dealt with such a terrible company. UNSAFE, rude staff, predatory housing practices. At first this was a nice place to live, but quickly turned foul. My girlfriend was attacked by a dog in the complex- in front of the manager- and nothing was done. In fact, she simply walked away. The management was so inadequate, the owners fired most of the team and brought in a new property manager. After this, experience- we began looking at other places to live. When we finally found a place- we notified the management we would be moving out. Ashlyn and her boss (the new manager) were extremely rude and unprofessional, threatening to charge an extra months rent because we were “2 days late in notifying them”. After considerable push back, they dropped this- only after citing TN law where what they were doing was illegal. Lastly, came move out. They never notified us of a date for a walkthrough inspection (again, another violation of TN law). We received a bill for nearly $2k for damages to a 2 bedroom apartment. NOTE: we lived in a one bedroom. Some of the fees included carpet cleaning - which when I questioned Ashlyn (the assistant ) she said “we have to charge everyone this”. Again- a violation of the lease and TN law, tenants are only allowed to be fined for anything out of regular wear. We lived in the apartment for over 2 years but took great care of the apartment. The list goes on, but I’m running out of energy thinking about this TRAUMATIC experience. I share this as a cautionary tale. Stay away from Overlook at Indian Trail- they may seem nice, but they are CRIMINALS."
