"I'm not mad about this place at all. We reserved a room down the road and that place not only didn't have the room for us but was shady about everything. I drove just down the street to here and they took us right in with no issues. Thank you so much for accommodating us for the night. If we're ever back in Kingsport, I'll stay here out of a new loyalty and respect."

"Worste hotel I've ever been in. The woman who came to my room beat on the door literally, and had a filthy mouth. Flipped me off and everything. And this was 2 hours before check out time!!! Don't recommend this hotel to anyone. That young lady is just rude. She prob would have even got a nice healthy tip if she wasn't so rude."
"Bathroom was tiny and the door didn't shut without slamming it. We were in handicap accessible but the beds were very high. No one in a wheel chair or someone small stature would be able to get on the the bed without help."
