"Don't let these fake 1 Google review comments about the place fool you. From roaches to ignored water leaks to roof leaks and gutter downpours. These "property managers" won't return calls and are never seen unless their evicting old tenants so they can jack the rent up to an unbelievable amount for the new coat of paint and decorative mirror in the bathrooms. That doesn't fix the drafty doors and windows or the mold and mildew. They mow the grass once every two weeks so it's like a jungle. They're slumlords out for a dollar."
