"To say I am unhappy, disappointed and absolutely disgusted is an understatement, my boyfriend and I have been living here for about 4 months as of right now, the experience I have had here has been absolutely terrible, when we first moved in there was mouse poop everywhere in the cabinets, there was stuff clogging the sink, mold in the bathtub and it smelled strongly of cigarettes (neither of us smoke) the whole place was just disgusting and we have no filter in our ac unit. We have also had mice in our apartment the whole time, we went down to the office about 3 times to ask if they can get them out, they still haven’t done that, when asked if we could buy our own mouse traps, they said that we weren’t allowed to do that. The whole building the we are living in currently has very very little to no running water for the past 3 days, the water heater in our apartment has been leaking and flooding our apartment, so if you are looking to live in a nice place I do not recommend living here."

"This place is the best place to live I was having issues with my a/c Troy one of the maintenance man came in and fixed it and then some. He noticed that the people that did my doors didn’t do it right and he fixed it and then he hung curtains up. Explained how to change my filter for my a/c cause the last maintenance man that worked here didn’t do any of that. I appreciate yall so much. I appreciate Troy he made my stress go away instantly when he saw the problem and helped take care of it and showed me how to prevent it. Troy, you need a raise god bless you and everyone in that main office. Thank you so much"

"If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Do NOT LIVE HERE. Water is constantly being turned off “for maintenance,” yet no maintenance is ever done. They won’t even tell you when it’s off, until AFTER it has been off for 30 minutes. Cats constantly everywhere, food cans that are never picked up. Dog poop EVERYWHERE; they’ll blow up your email for all these rules and threatening to fine people, but it’ll never happen. And those Yelp pictures you see, only about 10% of the complex has been redone. IF THAT. All the other apartments haven’t been revamped since the 70’s. (I’d know, our apartment we were in was the oldest one there it seemed like.) Broken pipes, old windows, the whole 9. And when you DO need maintenance, they’ll either show up a week later, or bright and early at 8am. If you actually want to enjoy your time in your own home, please don’t live here."

"I took my mother out to look at some places for her to consider moving to, as she's gearing to move across country in her early retirement. She wants to be closer to the grandkids, but I know it's really me she misses. Stoneview was one of the places we'd explored. We were both greeted by Mikaela, who was extremely helpful and presented herself in a professional, courteous manner. I don't leave reviews much at all but felt it's necessary in this case. Thank you Mikaela for the warmth you brought my mother on a chilly, fall day."

"Troy the maintenance man has been absolutely wonderful fixing issues in our apt! He is very friendly, respectful when entering our apt always clean up after his self! And always does a head count to make sure both my cat are in my apt and not out side and for that I can't say thank you enough!"
