"If I could give this place less than 1 star, I would. I highly recommend not moving here unless you’d like a towing company coming to get your car at 10:30 at night. The reason they’re taking cars according to the towing company is because it’s “private” property and any infraction with the car gives them a reason to take it. I’ve never rented a place that tows the cars of the tenants that’s paying their bills. I feel bad for the tenant that has really bad sick kids and comes out to get in their car to take their kids to hospital and their car is missing. Save yourself some stress and rent somewhere else"

"A few months back I injured myself on the job, I'm a delivery truck driver and had been renting from them on and off and cumulatively for about 2 years I worked through the entire pandemic and I still work there to date. I suffered a torn hamstring with an avulsion fracture to my hip. I spoke with them and let them know that I was having trouble getting paid through workers compensation. They offered no relief no quarter their exact words were if you can't pay the rent by the due date we will look to evict so I left , they collect on the insurance policy rent the apartment out and then to add insult to injury they send it to a collection agency with bloated pricing like they haven't received a dime and I have yet to hear from."

"IT used to be a good place to live but barely. Management use to care they don't now find a better place. The cost has increased, the amenities are lacking a few grills, and one gas grill is always empty. The hot tub is always closed, and now we have no courtesy officer because they ran the person off because they overworked him."

"I was recently looking for a new apartment. I filled out the application and paid over $300 in “fees” already. I have been speaking back and forth with an Ashley and she is very unprofessional! I have never dealt with a manager like this. There is hardly any communication whatsoever, every time she said she will call me to let me know what’s going with the paper work or the apartment unit itself I would always have to call her. She last told me she would call me once the unit was finished so I can view the unit before signing documents, she never did! My moving day was scheduled for April. 18th I haven’t heard from her until after 4:30pm on April.18th I got an email saying their system has my move in date for the 18th. I replied that I was waiting for Ashley for weeks to call me to let me know when the unit was finished so I can sign documents, she stated she had been out of the office. In my eyes if you knew you were going to be out of the office you would have told the renter or had another person who works at the apartment complex to notify the renter that the unit was done. I was looking forward to living at Cross Creek the apartments are nice but the staff is very unprofessional!"
