He was able to help us get out of a bad situation with a previous pool contractor and worked us right into his schedule. We worked together to have our vision brought to light with the entire project. We were swimming by the end of the summer, as promised. We got to fully enjoy the 100% completed project this summer and are extremely happy. "I have hesitated to write this review, but I have reached my breaking point. My pool was installed 24 months ago, and whilst the process was absolutely miserable, it is what has happened since that has pushed me to write a review. I don't want others to suffer as I have. Since the pool was installed 1) there is a slow leak in the liner which requires the pool to need water about once a week; 2) both of the lights in the pool ceased to function; 3) the pool pump died in the middle of July. While it was, thankfully, under warranty, I was without a pool for the three hottest weeks of the While some of these items are under warranty, make no mistake, you will be doing all the follow-up, leg work, etc with the manufacturer. Once Keypoint leaves your property, you are on your own. As the owner said to me once "It's all about getting people to stroke the check". I'm sure there are other good pool companies out there. Save yourself the trouble, and find one. I wish I had."
