"Extremely friendly staff, really nice facility. The lockers rooms are spacious and clean. The upstairs workout area has plenty of cardio and strength training machines. Nice open gym with basketball court and walking track. The pool and sauna area are nice as well. Always feel welcomed. Haven't tried out the aerobics/yoga etc... classes but plan on it."
