"I traveled with my three kids, including a six year old with limited mobility. The house was absolutely perfect for us. It was actually more accessible than our own home. The rooms are spacious and designed to make it easy to get around. Everything we could have needed for our stay was already there. The playroom was fully stocked to keep the kids occupied. The location is quiet, safe, and gave us plenty of wildlife sighting opportunities. My kids complained bitterly about having to leave! The host is not only quick to respond, but she goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you could possibly need. We would stay again in a heartbeat!"

"Memories to last a lifetime! We loved Casa de Grandview in Hampton, Virginia. Our hosts, Linda and Ned, were so very thoughtful and kind. Their vacation rental is on Grandview Nature Preserve where you can sit on the spacious porch or patio and see wildlife up close. This vacation rental has every amenity you can think of (and more) with spacious, clean rooms. We loved the Grandview Nature Preserve Private Beach and also the Buckroe Beach (just minutes away). Perfect accommodations for our large family. Highly recommended"

"We stayed here about a month ago with my family of 6. Obviously, it’s in a charming town with easy access to fun dining and beautiful beaches, but the accommodations themselves set this trip apart. Within the rental, there is ample space for teens to spread out, but also common space where a larger family can gather. The amenities made living there and going to the beach so easy. I didn’t need to buy anything for beach time! Maybe my favorite thing about staying here was the pristine cleanliness. It was so refreshing to be in a place where the host absolutely insists on perfect cleanliness and is responsive to every question you might have. Linda was a fantastic and hospitable host who makes sure her guests are taken care of! I would return without question."

"We stayed at Casa de Grandview for an extended period of time while we were looking for a home. We are a family of 4 (2 young children) who all by the end of our stay felt like we were leaving a home. Ned and Linda are amazing. They have gone through great lengths to make sure their guests are comfortable and have everything that you could possibly need for a home away from home. They are kind and care about their guests and their needs. They offer you a ton of privacy but really, we just wanted to spend more time with them! :) The beds are amazing. The sheets and blankets are so cozy! The set up was perfect for us, but had ample space for a much larger group too! The backyard was great. My kids loved playing out there and we enjoyed watching deer and eagles roam from the back porch. At night time we were able to see so many stars and even a meteor shower! I also loved the fact that you could take a short walk to the beach to watch the sunrise. I would highly recommend this place to all!"
