Dogwood Terrace

"I have lived here 4 years so far and I enjoy it. They take care of the outside well and clean the hallways in apartmemts. They also spray once a month for bugs! I live at Woodstone Village, I should probably add. Which is right across the road from Dogwood and the same people are in charge of it. I myself have a mental health dog companion. You do have to have a note from a doctor. I always pick up his bathroom droppings and keep him on a leash. A lot of other people dont do that. Thats really the only problem I have ever had here."

"If you have a dog and move up here you will have to register the dog to the office as a service dog and if it barks and you get written up three times you will have to get rid of your dog and other people will let there dog out off the leash and go to the bathroom in your yard and wount clean it up and wind you go to the office and tell them they want do anything about it if they go to the office on you they will do something about your dog if you read this post I am telling you the truth about this place they will ask you for income verification and if you have a checking account or a savings account and copie of bank card no one should ever give there card information to anyone they inspect here in the summer for 3 months and they go through your closets and your refrigerator this is post to be low income Apartments every one up here is middle class people everyone that moves here is suppose to put any one living with them on the least with them girls moved their boyfriend in and don't put them on the lease so the office can do a back ground check to see if they have been in jail the office don't there are people leaving here that not the office said they can't do anything with out their names if you have children you want to who these people are you don't know if they are child molester or murderers there job at the office is to find out who people is laveing here if you move here ask questions about the tenants laveing their i hope they do a back ground check on these people that have moved in with their girlfriend's"
