"I love living at Parkside Grande. Maintenance always comes quickly when you need them and the units are made with high quality materials."
"They don't respond to maintenance requests and I had my mountain bike stolen from their racks below the stairs (with a lock around the bike/wheel). Someone legit took bolt cutters to it. Sketch town. Do not recommend. UPDATE: 0/10 recommend. They will charge you hundreds of $$ when you move out for standard landlord responsibilities like carpet cleaning and repainting. :)))"
