"The staff is excellent. Very accommodating for every inquiry. The Manager, Cheyann and Shawn go beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable and without any hassles. Have stayed there for over a month for business. Thanks to the staff."
"My husband and I stayed at the WoodSprings last weekend. It was very clean and comfortable. No frills but very clean. I was a bit surprised that the little kitchen wasn’t equipped with the necessary items needed to cook and there was no coffee maker. The kitchen supplies snd coffee maker were apparently available for a fee. Another amenity missing was that there were no shampoo/conditioner/tissues etc…you know what I mean. According to the hotel manager, who was very nice, the shampoo/ conditioners have been back ordered for a few months. As I pondered the situation I realized that an extended stay facility doesn’t run like your average one to more night stays hotel. Therefore you must come prepared for all your needs. Walmart was close by and we were able to pick up extra items we needed. Perhaps the hotel should be more clear about what amenities are offered and what items aren’t available unless you pay for them. The staff were very nice. We’d like to give Cheyenne a huge thumbs up for her great customer service. We would stay there again in the future and be more fully prepared to bring the extra items needed."
"The location seems like it is very new. The front desk was terrific. Very engaging from the arrival to departure. The rooms seemed a bit simple, but I wasn't there to hang out at the hotel. For a new site, I was surprised to see there were some broken furniture and staind towels."
"Rooms are alright. But they charge you $10 for linen exchange, $25 for housekeeping and $25 if you leave your trash outside your room. It wasn't too much of a big deal for us since I take out my own trash and clean my own room. But the linen exchange (you have to bring your own sheets/towels to the front desk for new ones) fee is ridiculous. I know they don't really clean the room since I moved the chair and found a plastic shot glass."
"The room itself was very decent but that’s about it. Paper thin walls means you hear everything- cars on the road, every kind of noise, and especially other guests- we could hear someone else’s alarm clock! No room service of any kind or cleaning, and it seemed they charged extra for literally anything- Wi-Fi and other amenities that are usually covered. Not the worst hotel but enough going against it to say we won’t be coming back. They have virtually no staff available and limited lobby hours which makes it hard to check in or out. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Very frustrating experience"
