"Not bad. Safe and friendly. Breakfast was meh -1 ⭐. Room was ok but too much light from r parking lot flood light in my room 223. The place had a strong smell... other rooms smoking weed, carpet cleaner, musky -1⭐"

"Room was very very nice. Shower water pressure was low and it was difficult to keep the water in the shower area. I didn’t hear anything outside of our room all night until the people next door who had what sounded like 4 tiny barking dogs who must have just woke up to bark at anyone who passed by the room. I heard no one above me or around me other than the dogs. Beds were OK for Hotel beds, maybe like a 7 out of 10. The gym was ok, had a small amount of equipment that will get anyone traveling by. Treadmill was “Run down” ((I had to use that)) and could use a little TLC. There are 2 Treadmills which I think is cool because I don’t remember the last time a hotel this size had more than 1 if any. Didnt use the Laundry equipment but they looked new. They do offer a breakfast. Location worked for the purpose of my trip but there is almost nothing around here. The Chili’s next door had the best burgers I have ever had…I think I would make this stop more often just for the burgers…Tori was one of the best servers I have had. Overall I would stay here again."

"The hotel is one of our favorites when passing through. The handicapped room was perfect with the roll in shower. Very clean. Air worked great (90+ outside) Chili's is literally just out the front door. Would have given 5 stars but...the Continental breakfast was chaos. Went down 1 morning at 9. No cups for coffee. Hardly anything out. Lady who was complaining that "every weekend people wait to the minute to come in (still had an hour left of breakfast). Second morning, coffee was cold, English muffins frozen still (took back to our room to microwave to be able to put in the toaster. But other than that, the rest of the staff was very friendly."

"I have many pleasant experiences with business, I also see things that should probably be spoken on when it comes to a business that goes the extra mile. But usually I just don't take the time to. However, I encountered something at this hotel that hit really close to home and I had to say something. While the rooms, staff, breakfast etc were all top notch. When I walked out the rear by the pool to go to my car and saw the pool hover lift, I almost broke down in tears. As someone who's worked in nursing homes and had a quadriplegic father I know these are not only expensive but life changing. Your investment to be inclusive as well as provide access to an activity that strengthens both physically and mentally the people who utilize these devices is something I've never seen and was truly emotional over. It absolutely took you to the top of my list of hotels I will always look for on my many travels even if it means going out of my way a bit or paying a little extra. I intend to tell every one I know, I'm not sure if each is privately owned or this is a company wide practice, I do hope so :), but just that one made an impression that will stick with me for years to come and has acquired my loyalty as a customer. I look forward to the next visit. And I'll be saving extra just for the pleasure of staying at your hotels and supporting the most inclusive and community supportive hotel around . Thank you again. I wish my father could have enjoyed things like that before he passed! You give me hope"
