"I ordered my Daughter's Senior Locket June 1st. They tell me it is at the reps office. I have emailed them several times with no answer. This is absolute HORRIFIC service. I paid almost $600 for her locket."

"It’s upsetting that Jostens really does have a monopoly within our school system for senior jewelry and caps and gowns. Eric Harrell is the most unorganized, inattentive sales rep I have ever dealt with. He makes promises, and doesn’t follow through, offers incentives that you will never receive, and doesn’t answer or return calls EVER. I wish Jostens cared about their customers, because there is no way this guy should still have a job. If you order from him, be prepared to beg for your merchandise."

"I sent in my ring over a month and half ago. They received my order but didn’t even look at it until 3 weeks after receiving my order. I called them and they let me know they received it but it hasn’t been worked on yet. They did eventually call me in regards to price quoting and getting payment. Another 2 weeks passes by and I give them a call again. Come to find out there was a mix up with the payment and it didn’t go through. By now I’m annoyed because they could have simply called me back and notified me there was an error, They didn’t bother calling me to let me know so my ring was just chillen there for those 2 weeks until I reached out. The irony in this is that my sister in law’s family owns a jewelry store chain and if I didn’t have a warranty through jostens I would have just gone through them instead. Awful, the people picking up the phone sound like they don’t even want to be there and I don’t blame them. Update: I finally got my ring back, it took over 3 months closer to 4 but it’s all set. Expect it to take months."

"I never leave reviews but I am frustrated with this company. I ordered my cap and gown with a 2021 tassel. When I received my order, I got a 2022 tassel. Not a big deal but wanted the correct year. I figured it would be easy to replace. This was not the case. When I called, they argued that I ordered 2022. I told the woman I did not order 2022 that I ordered 2021. She said that’s not what she’s seeing on her computer. I went on the site and it clearly says 2021. She still insisted that it was 2022. Why would I order 2022 when that is not the year I graduated. They transferred me and the next person told me that they sold out of 2021. How can you sell out when the year isn’t even over. She said she wouldn’t know when it will be restocked. Since they didn’t have 2021 they sent me 2022 instead. Why wouldn’t you contact me and ask if that’s what I wanted. Or just cancel the order for the tassel due to being sold out. Makes no sense. I asked for a refund and she said she would have to find out and put me on hold for a long time. I hung up and ordered the charm on Amazon. So glad I don’t have to deal with this company again. They made a mistake that should have been easy to fix."
