"This the SHADYYYYYYYESST place every Building management leaves your apartment flooded while they go on 2 week vacation. They will give u the run around The maintenance team is nonexistent There is no handicap accessibility And those tenants who are handicap have been trapped in they're apartments. This place is dangerous"
"The worst even down to management I have lived here since 2020 and getting charged in 2023 nobody notifying me nothing I've been calling and calling to get this situated and nothing has been done"
"Big thanks to Ms Yvonne B!!! She’s the most helpful, understanding, and motivated leasing manager we’ve had! I hope she stays as long as possible, I see her making a change!"
"Absolutely horrible. This place gives new meaning to busted. No doors on entry ways, apartment doors look like they have recently been kicked in by the police, dirty, and unkempt. I realize this is "income based" housing. But damn, can you at least treat them like humans?? They deserve a decent, clean, safe environment too. Idk how this place passes any HUD inspections. It also seems like at least one "security" light on every building is broken or going out. So there's this weird flashing light thing going on at every building. Lends to a very dismal environment. Do better. This is shameful..."
"This is privately owned but federally subsidized, low-income apartments. Things like the the community center is off-limits because it's filled with construction supplies and the community pool is closed. Many of the units are vacant. There are likely federal minimums or standards that this place is failing to meet by being so run down. Lots of kids running around with very little shade or things to do. Made my soul heavy to see."
